Task detail
Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of wind tower accessories, ensuring achievement of planned sales targets, market development, and customer base expansion for the company.
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the renewable energy sector.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with technical and production departments to offer suitable solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, make offers, negotiate, and close sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements in sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills (mandatory).
- 5–10 years of sales experience in mechanical manufacturing, steel structures, or industrial equipment.
- Experience working with international clients, wind power project investors, or energy contractors.
- Candidates with experience in the wind energy industry, wind towers, or renewable energy equipment are preferred.
- Experience in sales or business project management related to wind tower internal components, steel structures, mechanical equipment, or similar industrial products.
- Ability to develop business strategies, expand markets, and build customer networks in the wind energy industry.
- Strong skills in commercial contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and development of large-scale sales projects.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
