Task detail
Control and manage plans for all projects and for each customer/order, and coordinate the company’s invoicing activities. Monitor and receive information from customers. Track and supervise customer complaints. Receive and handle customer requests for quotations.
- Develop a production plan for all project / MPP
- Develop a plan to issue invoices.
- Receive and notify relevant departments when receiving request for quotation.
- Receive and notify new orders.
- Receive and notify the changing information from customers to the production department.
- Exchange of shipment schedule information.
- Check progress status for each order of each project.
- Support to collect information for production department.
- Update and notify changes in drawings, materials… affecting the progress.
- Receive NCR report approved by QA/QC/BOD and send to customer.
- Provide information, deploy the production of defective goods.
- Provide information to HQ about the plant’s capacity status.
- Check information and communicate new customer plan.
- Provide contract completion information/Contract appendix.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Energy Engineering.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills (mandatory).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Experience in wind power or wind tower projects is a strong advantage.
- Candidates who have participated in projects related to wind tower internal components, steel structures, mechanical fabrication, or renewable energy equipment are preferred.
- Experience in project planning, schedule monitoring, cost management, and project risk management.
- Good understanding of project management processes, production planning, and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and customers to ensure project progress.
- Experience working with international clients or EPC contractors is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a high-pressure project environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
